We're seeking an Information & Communication Manager to drive our digital journey and ensure optimal operational efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholding high customer satisfaction levels by promptly addressing user requests.
- Managing assets efficiently.
- Administering system maintenance and backups.
- Ensuring information security.
- Providing telecommunications support.
- Conducting image backups of critical production servers.
- Offering ad-hoc IT support to maintain brewery operations.
- Minimizing Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) for incidents.
- Supporting the connected brewery roadmap.
- Supervising compliance efforts for servers and workstations.
- Providing continuity support for IT operations.
- Offering technical support for production network issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (minimum second class upper).
- M.Sc in Computer Science or related field (an advantage).
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Technology and Networking.
- Proficiency in IT service management, Networking, Cisco Switch Management, LAN and WLAN Management, and Virtualization Management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in systems administration (client and server) and virtualization.
- Competent in computer network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Database Management (Microsoft SQL preferred).
- Familiarity with Office 365 (Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate advantageous).
- Experience in FMCG environment (an advantage).
- Knowledge of Cisco Networking (CCNA preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM.
- Understanding of IT service Management (ITILv4 advantageous).
