About the Role: Community Manager / Digital Marketer

As a Community Manager / Digital Marketer at CWW Tech Africa, based in Gbagada, Lagos, you will play a pivotal role in engaging our community across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries and feedback, crafting compelling social media content, and leveraging analytics to optimize engagement strategies. You will collaborate closely with our leadership and operations teams to execute effective marketing campaigns and enhance member experiences through community events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement and Content Creation: You will be responsible for maintaining a vibrant online presence by responding to inquiries promptly and creating engaging content that resonates with our community.

  • Analytics and Strategy: Utilizing social media analytics and community insights, you will identify trends and opportunities to enhance engagement and drive strategic decision-making.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and content development, you will contribute to cohesive strategies that align with our organizational goals.

  • Member Support: Serving as the primary point of contact for our members, you will address their needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a positive user experience across all touchpoints.

  • Community Building: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a sense of belonging within our community, including organizing meetups, webinars, and other events that promote networking and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management or community engagement roles, with a proven track record of driving engagement and growth.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in any Social Science or relevant field, with completion of the NYSC program.

  • Location: Must reside in Lagos, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice.
