Compliance Manager, Merit Telecoms Nigeria

Merit Telecoms Nigeria Limited stands as a distinguished leader in delivering comprehensive wireless voice and data solutions to the telecommunications sector. We're currently seeking a diligent Compliance Manager to fortify our commitment to regulatory compliance and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead compliance with national and international laws and regulations.
• Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with external auditors on internal control assessments and fraud prevention.
• Conduct GAP analysis to enhance risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues promptly.
• Deliver compliance training workshops and oversee continuous monitoring processes.
• Liaise with regulators and facilitate compliance reporting.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior management on compliance initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Graduate Diploma in Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
• CAMS certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary Range: N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
