Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead compliance with national and international laws and regulations.
- Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with external auditors on internal control assessments and fraud prevention.
- Conduct GAP analysis to enhance risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues promptly.
- Deliver compliance training workshops and oversee continuous monitoring processes.
- Liaise with regulators and facilitate compliance reporting.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior management on compliance initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Graduate Diploma in Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
- CAMS certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary Range: N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
