Job Title: Contact Centre Agent
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with exceptional communication skills to represent our company as a Contact Centre Agent. In this role, you will be the friendly voice that supports our customers and enhances their experience with our services.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a positive and proactive approach.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and offer solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (2:2 or higher) in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills and a smart, proactive attitude.
- Must be 26 years of age or younger at the time of application.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Salary
- Competitive salary range: N85,000 - N140,000 per month.
