Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Contact Centre Agent to manage customer interactions, enhance engagement, and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum of B.Sc or HND (2.2 or Lower Credit required).

Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in customer service or contact center roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, digital tools, and customer engagement platforms.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to manage complex issues, resolve conflicts, and effectively interact with diverse customer profiles.
