Job Summary
Shakaaraah Communications Limited, in partnership with the Algorithmics International School of Programming and Mathematics, is seeking talented Content Creators/Executives to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will develop and execute content strategies across various platforms, creating high-quality, engaging, and original content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives. Your content will drive traffic, enhance brand awareness, and foster customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit content for blogs, social media, websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Monitor content performance and analyze metrics to adjust strategies and improve results.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and feedback to build community and brand loyalty.
- Research industry trends and audience preferences to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
- Optimize content for SEO, ensuring adherence to best practices and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and content trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and SEO tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of video production and editing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
