Reports Functionally to: Project Manager

Job Summary

Rosetti Pivot Limited is recruiting for the role of Contract Administrator to support the Project Manager and Project Team in reviewing, preparing, and tracking contracts and contractual documents to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks. This full-time position in Lagos requires strong organizational, negotiation, and contract management skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with contracts involving external clients, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with project teams, internal departments, and external parties to manage compliance and handle variation orders.
  • Identify risks and ambiguities in contracts and propose corrective actions.
  • Generate regular reports on contract statuses and participate in meetings to document minutes.
  • Oversee insurance requirements, ensuring policies are issued and renewed as needed.
  • Manage project certification and warranty processes, including the award of completion certificates and contract closeouts.
  • Assist in the negotiation of claims and disputes with external stakeholders.
  • Support risk analysis and management efforts alongside the Project Manager and team.
  • Ensure written communications adhere to project terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate registers of change orders, claims, and contract expiration dates.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas or construction industry.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of accounting, supply chain, and legal principles in contracts.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.

Salary

  • Monthly Salary Range: N400,000 – N500,000
