Job Title: Control Room Operator

Responsibilities:
- Maintain exemplary personal grooming standards according to uniform requirements.
- Coordinate closely with statutory authorities to handle incidents and provide necessary information.
- Monitor site radio systems continuously, adhering strictly to correct radio procedures.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on service delivery, implementing effective solutions and corrective actions as needed.
- Efficiently manage emergencies such as fire and bomb scares, ensuring timely communication with customers.
- Assist third-party contractors and visitors, ensuring adherence to site procedures and policies.
- Perform any other reasonable duties required to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- OND/HND in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Experience in time management and prioritization.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Control Room Operator in a reputable firm.
Remuneration/Salary:
N65,000 per month.
