Responsibilities:

Head of Corporate Affairs:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate affairs strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Manage corporate communications activities, including media relations, press releases, speeches, and external communications.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and community organizations.
  • Lead public relations efforts to promote the organization's brand, products, and services across various channels.
  • Monitor and analyze public opinion, industry trends, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendors associated with corporate affairs programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Mentor and lead a team of corporate affairs professionals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment in messaging and communications efforts.
  • Oversee corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and represent the organization at industry events.

Legal Manager:

  • Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documents.
  • Research and analyze legal issues, providing advice on implications to management.
  • Manage litigation, disputes, and legal proceedings.
  • Maintain relationships with external legal counsel and advisors.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and contractual matters.
  • Provide legal guidance to management on all legal issues.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
  • Manage the legal department budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in law.
  • 7+ years of relevant legal experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and regulations.
  • Basic accounting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and provide immediate solutions.
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills.
  • Outstanding research, analytical, and project management abilities.
