Job Description
As a Corporate Sales Trainee Associate, you will manage an assigned business portfolio, including prospective accounts in your region. Your role involves revenue protection, securing new revenue from existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring service satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed revenue targets within defined timeframes.
- Create and implement structured plans to meet sales targets.
- Manage and oversee accounts within your territory.
- Meet cold call targets and ensure 100% completion of signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Transition all clients smoothly to the relevant account team.
- Foster excellent customer relationships and quickly resolve any complaints by coordinating with support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience post-NYSC.
- Strong intellectual, analytical, and creative abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Salary
N150,000 / month.
