Job Purpose and Objectives

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for developing and managing impactful visual and audiovisual concepts. Your work will help communicate and elevate Promasidor’s brand vision, ensuring that every project resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop creative concepts.
• Pitch creative ideas and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Work with brand managers to execute design projects.
• Collaborate with the Digital Specialist to create holiday ads and social media content.
• Design final solutions such as logos, key visuals, product packaging, and more.
• Incorporate feedback from the brand team to refine design deliverables.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc/BA from a reputable institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Creative Designer.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, InDesign, and XD.
• Experience with 3D software is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of design techniques, visual elements (layout, type, fonts), and multimedia (video and sound editing).
• Strong teamwork, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
