The Policy Innovation Centre (PIC) is Africa's first national institutionalized behavioral initiative, supporting governments and stakeholders in making behaviorally informed decisions. Our focus areas include Global Health, Education, Innovative Digital Solutions, Agriculture, Climate and Food Security, Poverty, Livelihoods, Jobs, Governance, and Gender Inclusion. Initiated by the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG) and funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), PIC was launched in October 2021.
Job Overview
We're seeking a passionate Creative Infographic Designer with 4 years of experience to contribute to our vision of delivering better policies and innovative solutions for social impact. In this 6-month program, you'll work on projects across various thematic areas, enhancing our creative and digital in-house offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling infographics and visual content.
- Develop designs for digital media, print materials, presentations, and social media.
- Create motion graphics and animations.
- Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and data analysts.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of infographics.
Requirements
- Degree or Certification in Visual Art, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a busy agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong visual content creation and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
