Passionate about enhancing the well-being of the most vulnerable, especially women and girls? Join us as a Program Development Advisor! In this role, you'll collaborate with the project team, conducting Organizational Capacity Needs Assessments for our partners. Your expertise will aid in capacity development through training and recommendations, focusing on issues like sexual and gender-based violence, child marriage, and gender mutilation. Let's create positive change together!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Organizational Capacity Assessment
- Support Partnership Development
- Identify and provide training in areas revealed during the assessment process
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Program Development, Health, or a related Social Science field
- 1-3 years of experience in Health and/or Program Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Organizational Capacity Assessment, working with professional teams, and engaging with governmental and non-governmental organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in learning facilitation
