Responsibilities

Market Entry Strategy: Devise and execute strategies for penetrating new business markets, ensuring alignment with Dangote Industries Limited's overarching objectives.

Solution Proposals: Identify potential growth impediments in new business ventures, propose innovative solutions, and seek management approval for implementation.

Client Satisfaction: Conduct regular surveys and reviews to gauge client satisfaction with new business products and services.

Account Management: Develop and oversee comprehensive account plans for key new business clients, outlining a strategic growth trajectory over a three-year horizon.

Relationship Building: Foster enduring strategic relationships with designated distributors and top-tier clients to optimize value generation for Dangote Industries Limited.

Customer Experience Enhancement: Conduct Customer Journey Mapping across all channels to pinpoint areas for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Business Development: Implement CRM strategies across the group, pursue new business opportunities, and communicate innovative product developments to prospective clients.

Issue Resolution: Serve as a conduit for customer feedback to Sales Teams, ensuring swift escalation and resolution of issues to uphold client satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis: Compile and present regular reports detailing all activities related to top-tier customer relationship management to senior management.

Data Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and manage strategic customer data using advanced CRM tools.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
