Job Description:
As the Customer Service Application SME, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and bolstering all Customer Service Application tools and utilities essential for Airtel Nigeria's IT services. This expert-level position entails close collaboration with the HQ-IT Customer Service Application team to ensure the seamless alignment of IT services with Airtel Nigeria's business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing Customer Service Application domain strategies and initiatives to enhance IT enablement and drive sales.
- Leading the execution of projects within the Customer Service domain, fostering cross-functional teamwork to achieve Airtel Nigeria's business goals.
- Streamlining change requirement delivery processes for expedited time-to-market and optimal efficiency.
- Championing continuous process improvement and value creation through streamlined application design and enhanced customer experiences.
- Ensuring the timely rollout of projects with robust governance mechanisms in place for successful implementation.
- Delivering IT solutions punctually and within budget to facilitate commercial product launches.
Experience & Educational Qualifications:
- M.Sc./Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Service domain application design and delivery.
- Proven track record of successfully executing projects within the relevant domain.
- Proficiency in redesigning and simplifying products, services, and processes.
- Familiarity with multi-vendor managed service IT operating models.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to work and activity planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assess the value of new technologies and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and methodologies.
