Job Overview

The Customer Service Manager plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, analyze feedback for improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor team performance for timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance service quality and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in customer service.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and team performance.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints, providing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service management role.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Remuneration/Salary

NGN 450,000 / Month
