Availability to Start: Immediate
Work Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mondays - Saturdays)

Job Description:

Join WorQulture as a Customer Service Officer and play a vital role in ensuring top-tier service for our esteemed baking and confectionery store clientele. Your primary focus will be to maintain front-line operations, guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction. We're seeking individuals with exceptional interpersonal skills who can cultivate mutually beneficial relationships. If you're proactive, adept at problem-solving, and excel in customer interactions, we want you on our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prioritize customer retention and ensure satisfaction levels remain high.
  • Provide professional and attentive service to all customers.
  • Efficiently handle and resolve client issues and complaints.
  • Manage company's social media presence.
  • Keep customers informed about new products to drive sales.
  • Negotiate and oversee business contracts.
  • Develop effective problem-solving strategies for customer issues.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with development resources and clients.
  • Maintain accurate customer correspondence records and reports.
  • Tailor service to meet individual customer needs.
  • Foster positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / OND / HND
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer relations or related roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Organizational proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Time management and project organization skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
