Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a warm, attentive, and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the primary point of contact for our patrons, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and swiftly resolving any concerns with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and efficiently process orders
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers via social media platforms
- Offer detailed menu information, provide recommendations, and address queries regarding ingredients and preparation techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the workspace, including the dining area, lobby, and service stations
- Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Actively participate in training and developmental initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
- Address customer complaints and issues promptly and courteously, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of customer service experience within a restaurant or retail setting
- Proficiency in basic math and handling cash and credit transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
