Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role involves direct customer interaction via phone, email, chat, and in-person.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Follow up on interactions to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Achieve customer service targets and metrics.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Update customer records with accurate information.
  • Handle returns and exchanges.

Requirements: Education

  • HND, B.Sc., Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred).

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Patience and empathy.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Experience

  • Previous customer service experience (preferred).
  • Experience handling inquiries through various channels.

Other Requirements

  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Multilingual skills (a plus).

Remuneration

  • Salary: N150,000 - N350,000 Monthly (Competitive and varies based on location and company).
