Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service.
- Answer questions about menus, promotions, and events.
- Handle loyalty program and customer retention initiatives.
- Process reservations, takeout orders, and delivery requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and maintain patience.
Salary
N80,000 monthly.
