Job Title: Customer Services Representative

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Services Representative (Temporary) to drive order management and operational performance within Tetra Pak West Africa. This 6-month maternity cover position, based in Lagos, Nigeria, requires expertise in customer service and supply chain logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for routine order placement, sales forecasting, and design status.
• Ensure successful delivery of Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM).
• Manage customer stocks and coordinate delivery requirements.
• Oversee packaging materials claims and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the design process for new and modified designs.
• Control order fulfilment process and optimize customer delivery.
• Manage forecasting modelling tools and facilitate sustainable volume growth.
• Resolve sales and operational issues for packaging materials supply.
• Participate in WCM activities and projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Social Science, or Business Administration.
• 2 years of experience as a Customer Services Representative.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexible working attitude and ability to prioritize tasks.
