Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Customer Success Account Manager who excels in building relationships and coaching others on effective engagement strategies with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Engage and influence key technical, business, and executive stakeholders, including partners, to achieve customer business objectives.

- Share industry trends and best practices with customers to enhance their understanding of Microsoft’s offerings.

Technical Relevance
- Align Microsoft’s cross-cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics) with customer needs to accelerate their business transformation.
- Evangelize Microsoft’s position in the competitive cloud technology marketplace.
- Utilize in-depth industry knowledge and technical expertise to foster customer success and enable digital transformation.
Customer Success Leadership
- Identify and mitigate potential blockers to customer success through data analysis and customer feedback.

Qualifications
Required
- Master’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field with experience in customer success, solution delivery, or portfolio management; or a Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification.
- Microsoft or equivalent certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365).
