Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Data Analysis: Apply statistical techniques, data mining methods, and advanced analytics tools to interpret complex datasets.
- Insight Generation: Identify key patterns, trends, and correlations within data to provide actionable insights.
- Model Development: Build and maintain predictive models, statistical algorithms, and frameworks for data-driven analysis.
- Dashboard Management: Develop, maintain, and update dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Visualization: Create clear and impactful visualizations, reports, and presentations to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and support business initiatives through data analysis.
- Data Quality Management: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues by working collaboratively with relevant teams.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R, Advanced Excel, Jupyter Notebook, and SAS.
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role within a data-driven organization.
- Strong academic background from a top-tier institution.
- Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and data visualization tools.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods, data mining techniques, and data analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially when working with large and complex datasets.
- Ability to present complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
