We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Delta on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company systems while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into company systems.
- Verify data accuracy against source documents.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Assist with data cleaning and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain databases with new information.
- Perform regular data backups and generate reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with data entry software and databases.
