Job Title: Data Enumerator - Outlet Survey
Locations: Edo, Gombe, Imo, Kano, Kogi, and Osun
Duration: September - October 2024
Purpose of Assignment
We are seeking data enumerators to conduct data collection using quantitative tools (Questionnaires and Observational Checklists) across six states for the PSMA project. Each enumerator is expected to submit a minimum of three electronic responses daily for 12 days during the survey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct an ACT Market Survey as part of the Private Sector Market Analysis (PSMA).
- Identify eligible respondents and engage in quantitative data collection using the Kobocollect platform on Android devices.
- Support qualitative data collection from PPMVs, pharmacists, and key stakeholders regarding antimalarial commodities in Nigeria.
- Review data for accuracy and completeness before uploading to the Kobo collect database.
- Submit signed timesheets.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Must reside in the implementation state and possess proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passionate about contributing to public health goals.
- Experience as a data enumerator in public health research.
- Familiarity with Android devices for data collection (Kobocollect and SurveyCTO).
- Working knowledge of the local language of the implementation state (Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, etc.).
