Financial Advisory Overview:
Our Financial Advisory team delivers strategic advice and execution services to a diverse clientele including corporates, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and other investors. We also support government agencies and ministries in implementing alternative service delivery models through public-private partnerships or privatizations.
Services Offered:
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Strategizing growth objectives, market sector understanding, target screening, post-merger integration planning.
- Restructuring Services: In-depth advisory services for companies, creditors, equity holders, legal community, and other stakeholders in restructuring scenarios.
- Valuation Services: Well-reasoned valuations and advice aligned with accounting, tax, and regulatory codes for various purposes including transactions, financing, litigation, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Embrace our purpose of making an impact that matters.
- Hold a minimum of a second-class upper degree/upper credit or equivalent from a recognized University/Polytechnic.
- Obtain a minimum of five (5) O'levels credits including Mathematics and English in one sitting.
- Age limit: Maximum 26 years old at the time of application.
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
- Not previously attempted the Deloitte aptitude test.
