The Delta State University (DELSU) JUPEB Admission Form for the 2024/2025 academic session is now available. DELSU, in collaboration with the Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB), invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its School of Foundation Studies.

The JUPEB Programme is designed to prepare students for entry into the 200-level degree programmes at DELSU and over 70 other JUPEB-affiliated universities, including renowned institutions such as OAU, UNILAG, UNN, and many others. Successful candidates who pass the JUPEB examination are eligible for consideration through JAMB.
Admission Requirements:
To qualify for the JUPEB Foundation Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Minimum of Five (5) Credit Passes: Including English Language and Mathematics, obtained at not more than two sittings in GCE, SSCE (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB). Special Requirement for Certain Courses: For Medicine & Surgery, Dentistry, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, and Pharmacy, the five O’ Level credits must be obtained in one sitting.
Programme Duration:
The JUPEB Programme runs for a minimum of one academic session, consisting of two semesters. Successful candidates will be accommodated in the university halls of residence at Site II, Abraka.

Steps to Apply:
- Generate a Virtual PIN: Visit DELSU Portal to generate a virtual PIN for ?20,000.
- Payment: Make the payment at any of the following banks:
- Unity Bank
- UBA
- Zenith Bank
- Fidelity Bank
Procedure to Generate Virtual PIN:
- Visit DELSU Portal
- Click on “Online Application”
- Select “Start”
- Choose “JUPEB”
- Complete the form to generate the PIN
- Print out the generated PIN
- Make payment at the specified banks
Completing the Application:
Fill the application form online with accurate information, including valid email addresses, telephone numbers, and a recent red-background passport photograph (scanned, not more than three months old). Webcam photographs are not acceptable. Submit the online application form and print out the examination schedule. Mode of Study: Lectures will be held at the JUPEB Study Centre, Delta State University, Abraka, from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
Important Notes:
- Fill in your bio-data correctly as no complaints about wrong bio-data will be entertained after submission.
- Candidates with incorrect bio-data will be disqualified and the application fee forfeited.
- Only coloured printouts will be accepted.
- Print at least four copies of the DELSU online registration form with a complete passport-size photograph printed in colour.
