Eligibility Criteria for DSUST HND-BSc Conversion Programme
To qualify for the DSUST HND-BSc Conversion Programme, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possession of an NYSC Exemption/Discharge Certificate.
- A Higher National Diploma (HND) from polytechnics or colleges accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
- Five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, NBTE, or GCE O’ Level, including English Language, Mathematics, and three (3) relevant subjects, achieved in no more than two (2) sittings.

- Obtain a Bank Draft of N30,000.00 (thirty thousand naira) from any Deposit Money Bank (excluding microfinance banks).
- Make the Bank Draft payable to Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro.
- Present the Bank Draft to the Bursary Department at DSUST to receive a receipt.
- With the receipt, collect your application form from the Admissions Office.
