- Obtain a Bank Draft for the sum of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira only) from any commercial bank (note: microfinance banks are not accepted).
- Ensure that the Bank Draft is made payable to Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro.
- Present the Bank Draft at the university’s Bursary Department to receive an official receipt.
- Collect the application form from the Office of the Directorate of Part-Time and Diploma Programme, located at the Old Library building.
