Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will:
- Monitor application status and availability, executing runbooks to address any issues proactively.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems; if resolution isn't possible, escalate by opening defect tickets.
- Maintain release allocations for different environments, ensuring smooth automatic deployments and performing smoke tests/verification.
- Start and stop environments as per customer plans or requests.
- Manage the release deployment pipeline, ensuring efficient and timely releases.
- Develop and design dashboards on demand to provide valuable insights.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficient in at least one of the following: Red Hat OpenShift, Kibana, Grafana, or DevOps skills (CI/CD with Tekton, Argo CD).
- Strong operations focus with a proactive mindset.
- Eagerness to grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in thinking and approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in the German language is a plus.
