About the Role:
As the Digital Manufacturing Deployment & Transformation Manager, you'll spearhead the integration of digital technologies across our manufacturing sites, driving efficiency and competitiveness. Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Optimization, your responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and selecting digital manufacturing technologies, including IoT devices and data analytics.
- Leading cross-functional teams in project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Managing project budgets and demonstrating ROI for digital solutions.
- Mitigating risks associated with digital implementation.
- Managing organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Communicating project progress and benefits to stakeholders.
- Monitoring and optimizing digital manufacturing solutions.
- Collaborating with vendors and partners to integrate digital solutions effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business.
- Expertise in change management and communication.
- Experience in vendor and partner management in a manufacturing context.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies.
- Project management experience, including budget management and risk mitigation.
