Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing/Brand Communication Executive to join our vibrant team. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies and brand communication plans aimed at bolstering our online presence, attracting new patients, and elevating our brand image effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

  • Strategy Development: Devise and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns covering SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • SEO and Website Management: Optimize website content for enhanced visibility and user engagement; ensure regular updates to maintain relevance.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing patients; monitor campaign performance for optimization.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media, website, and blogs, including multimedia assets like graphics, videos, and infographics.

Social Media Management:

  • Platform Oversight: Manage and maintain active profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Community Engagement: Schedule posts, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction to drive engagement and brand loyalty.

Brand Communications:

  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand identity and reputation, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • PR and Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets and influencers; oversee the creation and distribution of press releases and PR materials.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute integrated marketing campaigns effectively.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field; minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and brand communications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, CMS platforms, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager); familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, project management proficiency, and a keen understanding of branding principles and trends.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable with strong organizational and time management abilities.
