Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts. This role involves promoting our products and services through digital channels, a complex but highly valuable procedure for a company like ours.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, intuitive, and full of creative ideas to enhance our marketing campaigns. Experience with lead generation campaigns is highly desired. A passion for marketing and technology, along with a thorough understanding of digital marketing concepts, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development and Generation: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual income generation targets specifically from digital marketing and general sales.
  • Strategy Formulation: Develop strategies to establish a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and monitor the company’s ongoing presence on social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
  • Collaboration: Work with graphic designers to improve the user experience.
  • Performance Measurement: Use a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on online marketing trends and keep strategies current.
  • Partnership Maintenance: Maintain relationships with media agencies and vendors.
  • Advertising: Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc., to increase company and brand awareness.
  • SEO Efforts: Collaborate with the IT Department on SEO efforts, including keyword and image optimization.
  • Content Marketing: Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website regularly.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Web Analytics Proficiency: Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.).
  • Content Writing Skills: Experience in creative content writing.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Social Media and SEO/SEM: Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
  • Ad Serving Tools: Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas, etc.).
