Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Analyst with extensive experience in document control and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Process and control all project documents daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain quality documentation, including drawings, RFIs, and both incoming and outgoing registers.
- Retrieve documents upon request and outline a long-term storage system.
- Prepare routine claim reports (insurance and suppliers) for management as required.
- Adhere to requirements and standards.
- File documents in both physical and digital records, ensuring appropriate storage.
- Organize an archiving system and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation.
- Prepare and analyze production/quality data for management.
Qualifications
- B.Sc./BE/HND in Science or Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in document management, data analysis, archive management, or records management.
- Knowledge of document management systems such as SharePoint, OnlyOffice, DocuWare Cloud, and Rubex.
- Proficiency in document-capturing systems like CAPSYS Capture and Xerox DocuShare.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
