Responsibilities
- Safely drive Delegation staff and visitors.
- Assist with customs clearance.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of driving, mechanics, and local landmarks.
- Work in a multicultural team with strong interpersonal skills.
- Execute tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Maintain and repair vehicles, ensuring all fluids are topped up.
- Handle car registration and update vehicle documents.
- Deliver messages, mail, and diplomatic pouches.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Administration.
Requirements
- Medically fit and compliant with Nigerian labor laws.
- Proficient in English; lower secondary education with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic secretarial tasks.
- Added advantages: diploma in mechanics, experience in a Diplomatic Mission, French language skills, defense driving diploma, armored vehicle driving certificate.
