Demyhealth Clinic and Genomic Medicine (DCGM) is a trailblazer in genomic medicine services in Nigeria, in collaboration with a UK-based ISO-certified bioscience laboratory. We have successfully delivered over 5,000 diagnostic tests in Nigeria, including specialized tests not available in any other lab within the country. Our expertise spans in vitro diagnostics, and through our subsidiary, GTL, we also cater to the life sciences sectors including pharmaceuticals, veterinary, and food & beverage industries.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team in the following role:
Job Title: Driver / Dispatch Rider
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Plan and map out driving routes ahead of time to ensure the most efficient travel.
- Handle basic errands for the company and the CEO as needed.
- Maintain the company vehicle and bike in excellent condition, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations.
- Schedule regular servicing for the car and bike and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure all necessary vehicle and bike documentation is current and comply with traffic laws.
- Stay informed about traffic and weather conditions to adjust routes accordingly.
- Keep the vehicle’s interior clean and comfortable for all passengers.
Job Requirements
- Must reside in Abuja, preferably in Gwarinpa or nearby areas.
- Minimum qualification of SSCE/GCE/NECO; diploma, OND, HND, or B.Sc. holders will be given preference.
- Well-groomed, smart, and polite with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a strong knowledge of Abuja routes.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual cars, as well as bikes.
- Proficient in using maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to communicate effectively, including reading and writing.
Salary
N30,000 - N50,000 monthly.
