Job Description
At Tiana Phillips, we are seeking a talented E-commerce Executive to oversee and implement our online sales strategies, ensuring business growth and maximizing revenue generation. You will be instrumental in maintaining the operational efficiency of our online store and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute online sales strategies aligned with revenue targets and business goals.

Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.

Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, social media advertising, and online promotions.

Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with product development and customer service teams to optimize the online shopping experience for our customers.

Performance Analysis: Monitor website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.

Data-driven Insights: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, refine product offerings, and improve marketing strategies.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated with ecommerce trends and best practices to continually enhance the performance and competitiveness of our online store.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, ideally within the fashion/apparel industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing techniques.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and a solid understanding of women's clothing trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
