Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, your core responsibilities include:
- Planning, leading, and managing daily maintenance activities at the plant or assigned team to meet contractual quality, financial, cost, and time targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring maintenance reliability and plant availability according to contract.
- Precisely planning and implementing all maintenance activities related to the power plant.
- Overseeing all operations and maintenance activities of GEG Power Plant.
- Implementing plant operations and maintenance schedules and procedures while maintaining records of plant operations and safety documents.
- Handling shutdowns, start-ups, and other operational disturbances efficiently.
- Ensuring uninterrupted quality power supply to the customer and optimizing financial performance of the contract.
- Managing spare parts planning and coordination with Parts Coordination Management team.
- Promoting safe work practices and adherence to contract processes.
- Demonstrating proficiency in WECS & UNIC tuning to minimize engine MTBF and resolving problems using RCA method.
- Ensuring maximum availability, reliability, and PLF of gas engines.
- Overseeing all electrical maintenance activities of the power plant and ensuring timely completion of major overhauls with zero reworks.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- B.Eng / BSc in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Gas / HFO-based multi-engine power plants.
- Fluent in English.
