NNPC/Belemaoil JV Scholarship

Belemaoil Producing Limited, in partnership with NNPC, is committed to supporting education in host communities. Annually, they offer scholarships to suitably qualified applicants from Belemaoil Host Communities in the following categories: Post-Primary, Undergraduate, and Post-Graduate.

Scholarship Eligibility

For Post-Primary:

• Applicants must be from Belemaoil Host Communities as listed in the "Belemaoil Business Corridors."
• Submission of a Local Government Identification Letter is mandatory.
• Secured admission into a public and government-recognized secondary school in the country is required.
• Submission of a Reference Letter from the Principal of the school, along with at least JSS 1 first term result.
• Must not be an employee or child/dependent of any Belemaoil Producing Ltd. employee.
• Must not be a current beneficiary in any of Belemaoil Empowerment Schemes.

For Undergraduate:

• Same eligibility criteria as for Post-Primary.
• Additionally, applicants must have secured admission into a recognized university within Nigeria, providing proof of admission and academic documents.
• Submission of a guarantor's written consent of good conduct from specified community/clan members is necessary.

For Post-Graduate:

• Same eligibility criteria as for Undergraduate.
• Must possess a first degree with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division for Master’s Degree programs or a good Master’s Degree for PhD candidates.
• Submission of NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate is required.

How to Apply

Interested and eligible candidates should submit their applications through their Host Community CDC Chairman or at the Security Post of Belemaoil Producing Limited Corporate Headquarters.
