Job Summary:
Uni-Medical Healthcare Limited Nigeria is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager - Endoscopy to join our team. This role involves selling our cutting-edge endoscopy products directly to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and ambulatory surgery centers. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals at all levels in GI endoscopy and operating room departments. We are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record in sales, capable of identifying and seizing sales opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and fostering organic growth within the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clinical staff, nurses, and physicians to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue tender opportunities through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Expand sales within existing customer base across various markets and product lines.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and prioritize sales goals based on customer and company needs.
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing to maximize revenue.
- Generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager - Endoscopy to capitalize on sales opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- 3-4 years of experience in medical sales, with at least 2 years specializing in endoscopy products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and a competitive drive for success.
- Commitment to continuous self-improvement.
Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
