Position: Business Development Manager - Endoscopy

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary:

Uni-Medical Healthcare Limited Nigeria is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager - Endoscopy to join our team. This role involves selling our cutting-edge endoscopy products directly to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and ambulatory surgery centers. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals at all levels in GI endoscopy and operating room departments. We are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record in sales, capable of identifying and seizing sales opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and fostering organic growth within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clinical staff, nurses, and physicians to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue tender opportunities through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Expand sales within existing customer base across various markets and product lines.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and prioritize sales goals based on customer and company needs.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing to maximize revenue.
  • Generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager - Endoscopy to capitalize on sales opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • 3-4 years of experience in medical sales, with at least 2 years specializing in endoscopy products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and a competitive drive for success.
  • Commitment to continuous self-improvement.

Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
