Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Support: Provide technical assistance for sales and distribution applications, ensuring smooth operations and addressing user inquiries promptly.
2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve application-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed to prevent recurrence.
3. User Training: Conduct training sessions to empower end-users in utilizing sales and distribution applications effectively, and maintain comprehensive user documentation.
4. Integration System: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and distribution applications with organizational systems, optimizing data flow.
5. Customization and Enhancement: Work with the development team to customize and enhance applications based on user feedback and evolving business needs, testing and implementing new features.
6. System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance, including updates, patches, and configurations, in coordination with IT teams.
7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance, identify potential issues, and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency.
8. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Liaise with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to understand business requirements, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and organizational goals.
9. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports to provide insights into application usage and performance, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incidents, resolving critical issues promptly and documenting resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
