Job Title: Equipment Store Officer

Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect goods from suppliers, ensuring adherence to specifications and conducting Goods Receipts (GR) where applicable.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate re-ordering of items through pre-stock taking exercises to maintain inventory.
- Ensure accurate dispatch of goods and equipment, maintaining physical and SAP balance alignment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize storage according to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) guidelines.
- Report any incidents or anomalies in warehouse operations promptly.
- Conduct regular updates on warehouse equipment and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong inventory management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Experience in LEAN Management Principles is advantageous.
- Ability to comprehend basic technical details.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
