Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect goods from suppliers, ensuring adherence to specifications and conducting Goods Receipts (GR) where applicable.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate re-ordering of items through pre-stock taking exercises to maintain inventory.
  • Ensure accurate dispatch of goods and equipment, maintaining physical and SAP balance alignment.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize storage according to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) guidelines.
  • Report any incidents or anomalies in warehouse operations promptly.
  • Conduct regular updates on warehouse equipment and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong inventory management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Experience in LEAN Management Principles is advantageous.
  • Ability to comprehend basic technical details.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
