Job Summary:
As an Executive Assistant at Berger Paints Nigeria Plc, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), providing comprehensive administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing the CEO's schedule, handling correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, and contributing to strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive administrative support to the CEO, managing daily activities, scheduling, and communication.
- Manage the CEO's expense reports and coordinate ad-hoc projects as required.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen to assist in budget management and financial reporting.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives by conducting research and preparing presentations.
- Schedule appointments, maintain event calendars, and prepare materials for CEO meetings.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements for the CEO, including itineraries and logistics.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field from an accredited institution.
- 1-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in providing executive support and managing administrative tasks.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and assist in budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking and experience contributing to organizational strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
