Job Title: Executive Assistant (MIS)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for transport.
- Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collect data required for accurate reporting.
- Prepare and monitor the Fleet Maintenance & Operational Budget.
- Ensure reports meet functional requirements, policies, and standards.
- Develop dashboards and reports on key transport business factors.
- Prepare and monitor the transport budget, aligning financial performance with business goals.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Management, Commerce, or Computer Engineering.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Technical proficiency with databases and software applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Previous experience with a transportation company is required.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- The role may require relocation within Nigeria based on business needs.
