We are currently seeking to fill the following position:
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Reports to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Executive and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive research and compile data to support the Executive’s needs.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee the Executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, organize, and manage documents, presentations, and reports for various meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws degree.
- Must be called to the bar.
- Age: 27 years or younger.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Salary: N500,000 per month.
