As an Executive Assistant to the Regional President within PNC's Regional President organization, you will be based in Century City, CA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location, with responsibilities requiring regular time in the office or the field. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

As the Executive Assistant, you will work with the Regional President, Client & Community Relations Director, and senior leadership to elevate and grow PNC in Greater Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Perform diverse, tactical, and confidential administrative support functions for the Regional President to ensure efficient operation of all business activities within the region.
- Client & Community Relations: Support the execution of client and community relations activities as needed.
- Project Coordination: Handle special projects involving sensitive public contact, requiring communication and coordination with various individuals and departments.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain files of correspondence, records, and related materials, following up on pending matters with minimal direction.
- Business Strategy Support: Assist in executing business strategies to help drive revenue across all lines of business.
- Correspondence & Scheduling: Draft correspondence for the Regional President, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Supervision: Direct activities of secretaries and clerical staff, screen and route mail, visitors, and telephone calls, and respond to inquiries.
- Report Preparation: Prepare complex management reports by gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data.
- Expense Management: Monitor expenditures, balance expense accounts, authorize bill payments, and recommend equipment purchases.
Candidate Qualities
- Strong Communicator: Skilled in both speaking and writing, politically savvy, and comfortable interacting with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Professionalism: Responsive, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Experience: Background in event planning, budget tracking/reconciliation, graphic design, Ticket Manager system, and/or CyberGrants platform is a plus.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $40,700.00 - $89,700.00
- Salaries vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
