Job Descriptio

SkipperSeil Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, creating presentations, and handling various administrative tasks. The position is remote, ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Organize and manage the executive's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are effectively scheduled.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Presentation Creation: Develop professional presentations using tools like PowerPoint, summarizing key information for diverse purposes.
  • To-Do Lists: Manage comprehensive to-do lists to assist the executive in staying organized and prioritizing tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external partners.
  • Ad-hoc Administrative Support: Provide support with email management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Track MoMs, manage tickets, and fulfill other duties as required by the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with remote work or virtual assistance is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software, such as Primavera, Asana, and Bitrix.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
