EY is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Graduates from Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, and related fields.
- National Youth Service: Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- IT Proficiency: Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Motivation: High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional services.
- Academic Performance: A minimum of a second class upper degree.
- Professional Qualifications: Certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, and other relevant qualifications are advantageous.
