Description:
In this role, the Facility Maintenance Assistant will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth facility operations and upkeep at Cummins Nigeria. Key responsibilities include:

Facilities Operation: Managing occupant services such as parking, janitorial services, and security, as well as overseeing maintenance contracts and operational planning requirements.

HVAC Technical Support: Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to maintain optimal conditions for production processes.

Electrical Maintenance: Servicing and maintaining electrical equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and diagnosing electrical systems malfunctions.

Emergency Preparedness: Developing and managing the site's emergency preparedness program, identifying risks, and ensuring proper maintenance of emergency systems.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should possess:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Relevant work experience or specialized skills acquired through education or training.

Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
