- Personal Details: Ensure accuracy in names, examination grades, Industrial Training (I.T) dates, and JAMB Registration numbers.
- Contact Information: Provide a valid email and phone number for updates.
- Prior Qualifications: ND in the relevant field with at least a Lower Credit, plus ONE YEAR of post-ND industrial attachment or work experience. Those with a Pass Grade and TWO YEARS of work experience may also apply.
- O’Level Requirements: Five O’level credits including Maths and English, plus three relevant subjects from SSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB.
- Application Accuracy: Verify all application details as the school will not be responsible for errors.
- Course Consistency: No course changes allowed after acceptance fee payment.
